What is your return policy?

We're so sure you will love the quality and craftsmanship of your TOKUYO massage chair. But if you don't feel free to send it back!   You have 30 days to return your purchase but you will need to complete an inspection form online and we will do a post inspection upon receipt to validate no damage was done. Please refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy in our Policies page.

 

What is your warranty policy?

TOKUYO stands by it's products and service. Each massage chair comes with 1 year manufacturer's warranty Unfortunately we are unable to offer an extended care package at this time.

 

What if something breaks?

If anything should break or you encounter any issues, please contact us and our customer support team will ensure you are taken care of.  We pride ourselves in high customer satisfaction and promise to answer any customer issues within 24 hours.

How can I become a local distributor
